Location: West London
Salary: Up to £85,000 + package
A leading Tier 1 contractor with a rapidly expanding Data Centre division has secured two major new projects and is now looking to appoint an experienced Technical Services Manager to play a key role from day one.
This is an opportunity to step straight into the thick of delivery, managing the Technical Services, dealing directly with No 1 Lead TSM and Head of Services from cradle to grave on complex, high-value Data Centre schemes.
The RoleReporting into the Head of Building Services & Lead TSM and working closely with the Data Centre Director, you will be responsible for:

End-to-end management of Mechanical & Electrical services on Data Centre projects

Technical Services Managment through design, coordination, delivery, commissioning and handover

Managing consultants, subcontractors, and specialist vendors
-
Driving technical compliance, quality, and programme certainty

Acting as a senior technical point of contact internally and externally

Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager / Senior TSM within a main contractor environment

Strong Data Centre experience is essential

Technically strong across both Mechanical and Electrical disciplines

Comfortable delivering projects cradle to grave

Open to candidates with:

Pure delivery-focused backgrounds, or

Experience spanning pre-construction/design through to delivery

Confident eventually operating at a senior level with multiple stakeholders

Salary up to £85,000 + competitive package
