Summary

Technical Services Manager - Data Centres

Location: West London
Salary: Up to £85,000 + package

A leading Tier 1 contractor with a rapidly expanding Data Centre division has secured two major new projects and is now looking to appoint an experienced Technical Services Manager to play a key role from day one.

This is an opportunity to step straight into the thick of delivery, managing the Technical Services, dealing directly with No 1 Lead TSM and Head of Services from cradle to grave on complex, high-value Data Centre schemes.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Building Services & Lead TSM and working closely with the Data Centre Director, you will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end management of Mechanical & Electrical services on Data Centre projects

  • Technical Services Managment through design, coordination, delivery, commissioning and handover

  • Managing consultants, subcontractors, and specialist vendors

  • Driving technical compliance, quality, and programme certainty

  • Acting as a senior technical point of contact internally and externally

About You

  • Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager / Senior TSM within a main contractor environment

  • Strong Data Centre experience is essential

  • Technically strong across both Mechanical and Electrical disciplines

  • Comfortable delivering projects cradle to grave

  • Open to candidates with:

    • Pure delivery-focused backgrounds, or

    • Experience spanning pre-construction/design through to delivery

  • Confident eventually operating at a senior level with multiple stakeholders
