The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during the absence of teaching staff, ensuring that students remain on task and complete the work set. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment and supporting students throughout the school day.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in an educational setting is essential
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Adaptability and confidence to work across different schools and year groups
Own transport is preferable, or flexibility to use public transport to reach various school locations
