About the Role:
We are currently expanding our team and looking for dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Workers to join our growing healthcare service across multiple locations. As part of our Home Office-compliant onboarding process, we are happy to consider applications from individuals who have been displaced from other care providers due to licence issues.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of care experience in the UK
• Must be based in or near one of the listed locations
• Right to work in the UK (or in process of Home Office transfer)
• Willingness to complete mandatory NVQ Level 2 training
• Commitment to 12 weeks of uninterrupted shift work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and reliable approach to care
• Must have UK Driving Licence and Must Drive.
