Personal Assistant Needed – Newcastle (5 hours per week)
I’m Ava, a friendly and quiet 17‑year‑old looking for a supportive and reliable female Personal Assistant to help me build confidence and enjoy days out.
About the Role
5 hours per week in one shift (day negotiable)
£15.00 per hour
Support me with trips out, going to the park, shopping, the cinema and taking my dog Luna for walks
Help me learn basics like using self‑checkouts and managing money
Prompt me with personal care
Training provided for assisting with my Type 1 Diabetes (insulin)
You’ll have ongoing support from my family
About You
I’m looking for someone who is:
Calm, patient, reliable and understanding
Positive and encouraging
Comfortable with dogs and the outdoors
Good at building relationships
Confident using public transport
Respectful and confidential
Preferred but not essential: driving licence, car, good communication skills, knowledge of Type 1 diabetes.
