About The Role
We are looking for friendly and outgoing people to work at our garden centre and small warehouse. The role of relief worker means you are flexible to work where needed, to cover our permanent team.
You may be in our garden centre selling plants, sowing seeds or in our workshop. Or you may be in our warehouse where we package products from our ethical suppliers.
Wherever you work, you will be happy to know you are supporting a social enterprise whilst working alongside adults with a learning disability.
About You
We are looking for candidates with a commitment to improving the lives of adults with a learning disability. You will have excellent customer service skills, patience as well as not afraid to get your hands dirty.
No experience required, as we are happy to provide training. However, you will have a dedication to support the world of learning disabilities.
