Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Officer to join the Norwich City Service Limited (NCSL) team for a 12 month fixed term contract. If you have a strong understanding of social housing repairs processes, able to analyse, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
About the role:
We’re looking for a proactive systems and change specialist to drive the successful embedding of Total Mobile across our operations, ensuring staff at all levels are confident and effective in its use. You’ll streamline workflows, optimise processes, and use data insights to improve performance, first‑time fix rates, and compliance. Acting as a champion for digital transformation, you’ll lead cultural and behavioural change, maintain a continuous improvement pipeline, and create clear, user-friendly training and support materials. You’ll also provide frontline system support, coordinate escalations with IT and vendors, and foster strong knowledge‑sharing networks across teams.
The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with Total Mobile or similar mobile workforce systems and understands the realities of social housing repairs, working confidently with operatives, planners, and trade supervisors. They’re skilled at spotting process improvements, interpreting user behaviour, and turning system data into meaningful action. A natural communicator and coach, they’re approachable, credible, and able to translate technical functionality into practical, day‑to‑day benefits. They care deeply about service quality and tenant outcomes, showing patience, resilience, and empathy for frontline challenges. Highly organised and responsive, they thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are committed to continuous improvement.
Why Choose Us?
