At The Castle School, you will be part of a close, caring team that prides itself on creating therapeutic, student centred learning environments. You will design and deliver a vibrant, engaging Creative Arts curriculum tailored to the individual needs of each learner. The core purpose of the role will be to:
• Plan and deliver person centred learning for students with a variety of individual needs across key stage 3 and 4.
• Monitor and review student progress, including their social and emotional development.
• Contribute positively to our inclusive, supportive school community.
• Work closely with a wider multi professional team to create therapeutic learning environments that prioritise wellbeing for both students and colleagues.
