At The Castle School, you will be part of a close, caring team that prides itself on creating therapeutic, student centred learning environments. You will design and deliver a vibrant, engaging Creative Arts curriculum tailored to the individual needs of each learner. We welcome applications from teachers with specialisms in Music, Art, or Drama, Individuals who are energised by collaboration, committed to person centred practice, and excited to help shape a growing SEMH provision.

The core purpose of the role will be to:
• Plan and deliver person centred learning for students with a variety of individual needs across key stage 3 and 4.
• Monitor and review student progress, including their social and emotional development.
• Contribute positively to our inclusive, supportive school community.
• Work closely with a wider multi professional team to create therapeutic learning environments that prioritise wellbeing for both students and colleagues.
