We are searching for a dedicated team member who can inspire and guide our students in developing resilience, confidence, and the essential employability skills they need to thrive in work and education.
Your expertise in behaviour management combined with a genuine passion for engaging with learners will be invaluable in motivating them to achieve their full potential. While experience in practical-based areas such as Sport, Public Service, Drama, Duke of Edinburgh, or Prince's Trust is advantageous, it is not essential.
The successful candidate will be required to deliver and assess a range of employability related topics, practical activities and support the development of maths and English skills to our 16-18 years employability groups.
The successful applicant ideally will have experience in either teaching, training and or assessment and hold a level 5 teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards one.
