Your Role
As part of our dedicated team, you’ll:
Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS
Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Plan creative, engaging activities that inspire curiosity and joy
Observe, assess, and tailor learning experiences to each child’s needs
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all
Work collaboratively within a team that truly supports each other
We’re Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
A positive, professional, and nurturing approach
Passion for early years and child development
Good understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS framework
