Your Role
As part of our dedicated team, you’ll:
• Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Plan creative, engaging activities that inspire curiosity and joy
• Observe, assess, and tailor learning experiences to each child’s needs
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all
• Work collaboratively within a team that truly supports each other
We’re Looking For
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
• Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
• A positive, professional, and nurturing approach
• Passion for early years and child development
• Good understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS framework
