Summary

Job Title: Qualified Electrician – Kitchen Rewires - Immediate Start Required

Location: North London (Social Housing)
Rate: £400 per Kitchen – Price Work
Contract: Self-Employed CIS

We are looking for a qualified electrician to carry out kitchen rewires in social housing properties across North London.

Scope of Works:

• New cooker radial

  
  

• New kitchen ring main

  
  

• Replace light fixture

  
  

• Replace or install carbon/heat alarm

  
  

• Replace or install extractor fan

  
  

• Run new cables from consumer unit to kitchen in trunking

  
  

  Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation

    
    

  • 18th Edition

    
    

  • ECS/JIB Card

    
    

  • Own tools and transport

    
    

  • Experience in domestic / social housing works preferred

    
    

    Pay: £400 per completed kitchen
