As a Team Leader you will provide a motivational environment, proactively manging performance, resolving challenges and identifying development opportunities.As a hands-on leader, you will help shape a high-performing team that delivers excellent customer service, maintains fleet compliance, and supports effective control of operational costs across our workshop operations.
