Summary
Dorset HealthCare are looking for a cleaner to join the friendly Facilities team, based at 30 Maiden Castle Road .
The cleaner role includes general cleaning duties of all areas on the unit. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our supportive team. Training is provided as part of your role and all uniform is supplied.
This role is a part time role Thurs and Friday and every other weekend Start and finish times can be flexible but need to be daytime
This role involves working autonomously, and will require a conscientious, hard working, focussed individual with a flexible approach, good communication skills and the ability to use your own initiative.
Good pay rates, 27 day annual leave per year to start plus BH and weekend enhancements if required.
To support the Facilities Manager in their role and to ensure that the standard of cleanliness within the Trust is implemented and
maintained.
Main duties will include vacuuming, mopping, general cleaning/damp dusting, emptying bins, cleaning bathrooms, toilets, bedrooms, corridors and kitchen on this 9 bedded mental health unit
As part of your cleaning role, you will be expected to clean to a high standard. Training is provided as well as ongoing support within a team environment.
Uniform will be provided and we also offer generous annual leave entitlement as well as a pension scheme.
Employment in this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
