Monday-Friday | 8:00-16:30 | Field & Offshore Role

Role Overview

  • Routine maintenance on industrial batteries and charging systems
  • Cleaning, repairing and topping batteries to agreed standards
  • Producing maintenance reports for internal teams
  • Providing battery‑change cover during colleague breaks
  • Supporting holiday and sickness cover across different shifts where needed
  • Regular offshore visits as part of scheduled maintenance programmes
  • Preparing equipment for transport and maintaining a clean, safe work area
  • Carrying out basic testing, fault investigation and minor repairs

What We're Looking For

  • Apprenticeship or college‑level qualification (electrical/mechanical preferred)
  • Good attitude - reliable, positive and willing to learn
  • Forklift battery or charger experience is a strong advantage
  • Practical electrical/mechanical understanding (training provided)
  • Able to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
  • Strong communicator, organised, and calm under pressure
  • Flexible approach to support occasional shift cover or weekend work

Work Location

  • Primarily based on a customer site within the region
  • Regular offshore trips as part of wider service delivery
  • Occasional evening returns and some weekend support when required
