Summary
Providing advice and support to managers on a range of learning and development issues including skills gap analysis, learning needs analysis, leadership development, succession planning and talent and performance management Provide organisational development consultancy and diagnostic services to design and deliver OD interventions that deliver sustainable change and support that are proportionate and pragmatic Analyse the outcomes from internal surveys to identify opportunities where organisational development or learning can strengthen people development and engagement.
