Experience working under indirect supervision and supporting colleagues. A strong team player with a patient focused approach. Awareness of personal limitations and willingness to seek support when needed. Basic typing and data entry skills. Ability to safely assist with moving and handling patients using appropriate equipment. Ability to carry out delegated nursing or therapy tasks. A full driving licence and access to a car for work purposes. Flexibility to work across other HCRG Care Group services when required. Self motivated, organised, and driven to achieve high standards. Good time management skills. Food Hygiene certificate or a willingness to complete training.
