Summary
Clinical Care Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Undertake delegated clinical tasks such as: -Observations (NEWS2 -Venepuncture and ECGs (if trained) -Wound care and dressings -Catheter care -Basic life support -Administering specific medications (in line with local policies and competencies) -Recognise and report changes in patient condition promptly.
