Summary
We are looking for a Fully Qualified Practitioner to join our team.
To support the early years team in delivering a flexible, high quality and inclusive early learning and childcare service which meets the needs of young children and their families. working collaboratively with parents, carers and other partners to promote the welfare and development of every child.
main tasks will include:
To be actively involved in the planning and implementation of a curriculum programme which meets the needs of the individual children,
to observe and interact with the children in order to support their learning as well as record and contribute to reporting on individual children's progress in accordance to the local authority guidance and setting policy and procedures,
To deliver the early level curriculum in line with pre-determined policy and procedure,
To be involved in the delivery of an effective early years service
Participate in all aspects of team work within the setting
Keep up to date with local and national developments,
To be involved in all aspects of care which meet the needs of the individual child in accordance with the duty of care and GIRFEC principles
Successful candidates must register with SSSC within 3 moths of start date and be registered with the PVG scheme before starting in the setting.
