You will be part of a specialist Complex Projects team delivering high‑quality programme, project and cost management services.

Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high‑quality quantity surveying services across a range of complex infrastructure projects.

  • Support both pre‑ and post‑contract activities
  • Prepare cost plans, bills of quantities and measurement work
  • Contribute to contract administration under NEC4, FIDIC or ICHEME forms
  • Assist with project controls, cost reporting and financial forecasting
  • Work closely with clients, contractors and multi‑disciplinary teams
  • Support delivery of civil infrastructure schemes across highways, water, rail and similar sectors
  • Help ensure projects meet quality, cost and programme objectives



What you'll need to succeed

  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Experience delivering pre‑ and post‑contract QS duties
  • Knowledge of NEC4, FIDIC or ICHEME contracts
  • Understanding of CESMM4/MMHW methods of measurement
  • Civil infrastructure experience desirable but not essential
  • Working towards professional qualification such as RICS
