About the Role
Bhuku Ltd is seeking an experienced Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to support quality assurance for our prison education programmes delivered at HMP Risley.
The IQA will ensure the programme is delivered to a high standard and that learning delivery meets the quality expectations of HMPPS and Ofsted.

Key Responsibilities
The IQA will:
• Conduct observations of teaching and learning sessions
• Review learner work and progress
• Support tutors to maintain high quality delivery
• Provide feedback and developmental support to tutors
• Monitor programme outcomes and learner progress
• Ensure delivery meets quality and compliance requirements
• Contribute to internal quality assurance processes and reporting.

Essential Requirements
• Experience working as an Internal Quality Assurer or education quality reviewer
• Knowledge of adult education quality standards
• Strong understanding of teaching and learning practice
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and support to tutors.

Desirable
• IQA qualification (TAQA, V1, D34 or equivalent)
• Experience in prison education or further education settings
• Understanding of Ofsted inspection expectations.
