Escape Recruitment is working with a global manufacturing organisation to recruit an Export Team Leader.

This role will lead a team responsible for global export coordination, customer delivery and customs compliance while supporting the continued growth of international operations.

The Role
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Service and Export Coordinators

  • Manage day-to-day export operations across global markets

  • Ensure customs compliance and accurate export documentation

  • Work with customs authorities and freight forwarders

  • Support global customer contracts and pricing queries

  • Drive improvements across export and customer processes

  • Support trade finance activity including Letters of Credit

Experience
  • Export or international logistics experience

  • Knowledge of customs legislation and export compliance

  • Experience leading or supervising a team

  • ERP system experience

  • Strong organisational and numerical skills
