The establishment is seeking an enthusiastic individual who can deliver engaging Art & Design lessons, encourage creativity, and help students build both technical skills and confidence in their artistic abilities.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Art & Design lessons to students

  
  

• Plan and prepare creative and practical learning activities

  
  

• Support students in developing their artistic techniques and portfolios

  
  

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback

  
  

• Contribute positively to the department and wider college environment

  
  

  The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience teaching Art & Design within a further education or secondary setting

    
    

  • A relevant degree or qualification in Art & Design or a related subject

    
    

  • A recognised teaching qualification (QTS)

    
    

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

    
    

  • A genuine passion for inspiring creativity in learners
