We’re seeking an ambitious, forward‑thinking leader to create and deliver our Trust‑wide Estates & Facilities Strategy, strengthening the quality, safety and efficiency of our learning environments across all schools. If you’re motivated by leading change, driving high standards, and influencing decisions at the highest level, this role offers real scope, autonomy and impact.
What You’ll Lead
• Setting the strategic direction for estates, facilities, compliance and H&S across the Trust.
• Ensuring an efficient, well‑managed estate that supports outstanding education every day.
• Driving innovation in sustainability, carbon reduction and energy efficiency.
• Overseeing capital projects, contractor performance and operational improvement programmes.
• Leading Site Facilities Managers to deliver high‑quality, consistent and reliable day‑to‑day services.
What You’ll Bring
• NEBOSH General Certificate and IWFM Level 4 (or equivalent).
• Strong estates or facilities leadership experience across multiple sites.
• Confidence in compliance, project delivery, and contractor management.
• A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels.
