Summary
We are looking for a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join an exciting Italian-themed kitchen within a dynamic multi-outlet operation at a leading tech workplace. This is a Monday–Friday role, offering excellent work–life balance in a modern, food-led environment. As a Senior CDP, you’ll bring strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, working with classic ingredients, fresh pasta, and traditional techniques while supporting a variety of kitchen concepts across the building.
What you\\'ll be doing as a Senior CDP:
- Running and managing your own kitchen section during service
- Leading, motivating, and developing a small team of junior chefs
- Supporting the wider kitchen team and stepping up to lead service when required
- Rotating across multiple outlets and kitchen concepts within the building
- Working confidently in open-kitchen environments with direct customer interaction
- Maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and organisation
What you\\'ll need to succeed as a Senior CDP:
- Strong all-round kitchen knowledge across both hot and cold sections
- Previous experience supervising or managing within a professional kitchen
- Confidence leading a section and driving team performance in a busy environment
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced operations
- Clear communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset
- Good knowledge of Italian cuisine, including classic dishes, pasta, sauces, and regional flavours
