Would you like the opportunity to develop your HR generalist career working in an extremely busy and fast paced HR team at Harlow College?

What we are looking for
We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our busy team. Focusing on all aspects of HR administration including sickness management, contract administration and staff recruitment You will be working as a part of the HR team dealing with a wide range of queries concerning all aspects of the employment life cycle.

The ideal candidate will be punctual, confident, highly organised, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You should be comfortable using digital HR systems and committed to maintaining accuracy and compliance in all employee data. While HR experience is advantageous, it is not essential, the key focus of this role is strong administration. If you excel at staying organised and enjoy a challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
