Warehouse Labourer / Warehouse Operative

Location: Rochdale
⏰ Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm / Friday 7:30am – 12:30pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Temporary ongoing

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Labourer / Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse operation in Rochdale. This is a hands-on warehouse role involving container unloading, manual handling, and moving heavy goods within a fast-paced environment.

This opportunity would suit candidates with previous experience in warehouse work, labouring, container unloading, goods in, or manual handling roles.

Warehouse Labourer Duties:

- Unloading shipping containers and deliveries
- Manual handling of heavy goods and stock
- Moving stock safely around the warehouse
- Assisting with goods in, loading, and warehouse operations
- General warehouse labouring duties
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
- Following all warehouse health and safety procedures

Warehouse Operative Requirements:

- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items
- Experience in warehouse, labouring, container unloading, or manual handling roles preferred
- Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
- Ability to work in a busy warehouse environment
- Good teamwork skills
