Summary

NRL's infrastructure client is looking to to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage all commercial aspects of major projects in East Anglia. You’ll work closely with the delivery team, ensuring contractual compliance, cost control, and risk management while supporting client relationships and mentoring junior team members.

About the role:

Lead commercial activities across project lifecycle, including procurement, cost control, and reporting
Prepare and manage subcontract packages, tender evaluations, and final accounts.
Maximise cash flow through timely valuations and invoicing.
Monitor resources and costs to meet or exceed project targets.
Identify and manage risks, opportunities, and change control processes.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and maintain accurate records.
Support carbon reduction and sustainability objectives.

What you will need?

- Proven experience in commercial management within construction.
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, procurement, and financial reporting.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a team.
