Premises Officer

Salary Range £27,780 - £30, 564

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Exact hours to be decided at interview but are to be between 5.00am – 11.00pm

As Premises Officer for this busy and ever developing College you would be required to work within a team of site staff under the direction of the Site Manager to ensure that all site needs of the College are met. The role would support the day to day running of the College during the hours of educational provision, along with being main point of contact during the out of hours shifts for the Community element of the College, setting up lets and customer liaison.
