Your new company
You will be joining a multi-accredited civil engineering contractor based in South Wales with a reputation for delivering complex, high-integrity projects across the water, utilities and infrastructure sectors. This is a full-time permanent position based nationwide.

Working hours: 07:30-17:00 with a 1-hour lunch


Your new role
As a Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing site operations across a portfolio of projects. You will ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest technical standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and internal teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget
  • Managing multidisciplinary teams, site supervisors and subcontractors
  • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and environmental requirements
  • Overseeing quality assurance, progress reporting and site documentation
  • Coordinating plant, materials and resources to support project schedule
  • Supporting risk assessments, method statements and ongoing site audits
  • Representing the company on-site with professionalism and technical credibility.

This is a national role, offering exposure to a broad range of multi-sector projects that make a tangible impact on essential UK infrastructure.


What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Agent or Senior Engineer within heavy civils
  • Track record of successfully managing teams and coordinating site activities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel/lodge away.

A background in water, wastewater, gas or other regulated sectors would be highly advantageous.
