    • Managing patients with long-term conditions and complex healthcare needs

    • Prescribing medications and reviewing treatment plans (where qualified)

    • Conducting clinical examinations and ordering appropriate investigations

    • Delivering patient education, health promotion, and preventative care

    • Supporting practice development initiatives and quality improvement projects

      Candidate Profile

      Ideal candidates will have:

      • Registered Nurse qualification with advanced clinical training

      • MSc or PG Diploma in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent experience)

      • Independent prescribing qualification (V300) desirable

      • Previous experience within primary care, urgent care, or community healthcare

      • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

      • Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities

        What the Practice Offers

        • Competitive salary based on experience

        • Support for continued professional development and training

        • A stable and friendly clinical team environment

        • Modern clinical systems and structured appointment models

        • Opportunities to contribute to service development within the practice

          Summary
This position is ideal for an ANP looking to work in a well-supported, progressive GP practice in Doncaster, where clinical autonomy is encouraged and professional development is valued. The role offers a varied caseload, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality primary care.
