We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our welcoming and supportive school office team on a maternity cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in providing a high-quality service to pupils, parents, staff and visitors. As one of the first points of contact for our school, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and professional environment for everyone who visits or contacts us. The role is fast-paced and varied, so we are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised and able to manage competing priorities with confidence. About the Role Working closely with the wider administrative team, you will support the smooth running of the school office by: Providing a friendly and professional front-of-house service for parents, visitors and the wider school community Responding to enquiries and ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and meeting key deadlines Using Microsoft Office and Google applications to maintain records and communications Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion Early application is recommended as we reserve the right to interview and appoint at any time during the recruitment process.
