Are you a recent graduate or early‑career professional looking to break into the property industry? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, people‑focused Entry‑Level Viewing Agent to join their busy Aberdeen office.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in client‑facing situations and is excited to gain hands‑on experience in the property sector.
About the RoleAs a Viewing Agent, you'll be the friendly face guiding prospective buyers through their property journey. You'll present homes confidently, support the wider sales team with valuable on‑the‑ground insights and play an important part in showcasing the firm's services.
Key Responsibilities- Accompany prospective buyers to viewings, confidently presenting key features and suggesting suitable alternatives.
- Highlight selling points and identify opportunities to promote the firm's legal and financial services.
- Gather and relay viewer feedback promptly to support sales decisions.
- Manage your own diary, ensuring organised route‑planning and punctual attendance.
- Respond to viewer questions clearly and professionally.
- Make sure properties are left secure and as originally found.
- Spot potential valuation opportunities and promote the firm's valuation service.
You don't need previous industry experience - full training will be provided. We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident, friendly and comfortable speaking with members of the public.
- Professional, well‑presented and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Organised, reliable and capable of working independently.
- Calm under pressure and able to manage a busy schedule.
- Familiar with Aberdeen City and its surrounding areas.
- In possession of a clean UK driving licence and able to drive manual vehicles.
