Salary: School Leadership Scale L20 L24 (£82,654 - £91,158)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: Dependant on notice period

We are seeking an exceptional senior leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Deputy Headteacher for Quality of Education. This is a pivotal role, central to shaping the strategic direction of curriculum, teaching, learning and professional development across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
- Lead the strategic development, implementation and evaluation of our curriculum and teaching approach.
- Ensure all students experience a highquality, ambitious and wellsequenced curriculum.
- Drive excellence in teaching and learning, coaching and professional development.
- Oversee curriculum planning, assessment practices and quality assurance systems.
- Support and challenge senior and middle leaders to deliver consistently strong classroom practice.
- Contribute to wholeschool improvement, operational leadership and the continued development of The Kingsway our shared culture and approach to learning.
This role requires a leader with vision, integrity and a deep commitment to improving outcomes for every learner, particularly those who are disadvantaged or have additional needs.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust, collaboration and highperforming teams.
