  • Contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing finance team.

About You:

You’ll bring strong technical expertise paired with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

  • Degree‑level education in a relevant subject (e.g. Maths, Economics, Business, Accountancy, Finance).
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
  • Experience using data analysis tools such as Power BI.
  • Ability to develop and drive KPI reports.
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non‑finance colleagues.
  • A proactive, inquisitive mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the public or third sector.
  • Previous business partnering experience.
  • Working towards ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
  • Experience with financial accounting software.
