Summary
Location: Redbridge Cycling Centre, Forest Road, Romford IG6 3HP
Type: Casual and Part Time up to 20 hours per week
We are looking for qualified cycling coaches to provide high quality and fun coaching sessions.
Located in Hainault, Redbridge Cycling Centre is a state-of-the-art purpose build cycling centre that has various types of tracks including Road, BMX and off road. The centre welcomes all ability cyclists from beginners, families as well as competitive riders.
As a cycling coach you will be expected to offer rider focused coaching for individuals, groups and schools. Our Learn to Ride coached sessions are very popular and you will help continue their growth through effective and well planned coaching.
Job role
Deliver coaching across a range of cycling disciplines including balance bikes, bikeability and disability cycling.
Deliver coaching to clubs, schools, and corporate packages
Liaise with facility Management to ensure all health and safety standards are met regarding infrastructure, equipment and coaching procedures
Job requirements
British Cycling Coaching Level 2 Qualification
First Aid Qualification
Ability to work on own and as part of a team
Willingness to develop coaching skills through CPD and cycling courses
