Summary

About the Role


We are looking for a driven and ambitious Roaming New Homes Sales Advisor to join our growing sales team. Ideally based in Hampshire, you will travel across multiple developments from West Sussex through to Dorset, supporting a portfolio of new homes sites.

With 12 active developments and plans to expand to 15 by the end of the year, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business with excellent career prospects.

You'll be joining a young, dynamic team of around 27 sales professionals, supported by three experienced managers. Due to continued expansion, we have already welcomed four new team members in the past three months and are continuing to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Selling new build homes across multiple developments

  • Supporting site teams when required across the region

  • Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Delivering excellent customer service to purchasers

  • Working collaboratively with the wider sales and management team
