Pay rate: £14.00 per hour
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Press Brake Operator for our client based in the Cirencester, Gloucester area.
The company specialise in subcontracted metal work making, building and cutting bespoke products within a range of sectors.
Day to day duties as a Press Brake Operator
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend sheet metal.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
- Select correct tooling and materials for each job.
- Measure and inspect finished components to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Adjust machine settings to achieve required bend angles and tolerances
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Carry out basic machine maintenance and report any faults
Requirements
- Previous experience operating press brake machines (CNC preferred).
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and gauges.
Press Brake Operator Pay & Shifts
- £14.00 per hour depending on experience
- Monday - Thursday 07:30- 16:00
- Friday 07:30 - 12:30
- 30 Minutes lunch break
- Immediate start
