Summary
Dishwashing -operate washers, scrub pots/pan, maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Kitchen Maintenance- sweep/mop floors, clear waste remove rubbish and recycling, keep storage organised.
Support Logistics-restock basics ( clean plates, cutlery, cloths), move deliveries to proper storage, refills for service.
compliance- follow food-safety and health regulations ( temperature logs for washers, chemical handling), which prevents cross-contamination and keeps inspection happy.
