We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and exceptionally organised individual to provide crucial administrative support across a variety of Executive Education activities. This role offers the great opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of our prestigious programmes, working closely with a team committed to excellence and innovation. The primary focus of this role is on providing a high level of customer service and working with colleagues in support of team activities to ensure a consistently professional experience for all participants on our programmes.
This involves supporting logistics for various face-to-face and online programmes, including venue, catering and travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, preparation of programme materials and assisting with the delivery on the day.
In addition to the above, the job includes office organisation and inventory management tasks as well as the support of participant inductions, managing registration systems, and facilitating online learning environments. The role also involves the administration of psychometric assessments and contribution to sales and marketing efforts.
