Summary
The post holder will be responsible for the effective management of the contractual performance of Theory Test contracts in one of two areas: Test Centre Network (TCN) or Digital Contracts, including the Theory Test Assessment Platform (TTAP).
The post holder will manage the strategic relationship with the supplier to ensure compliance with the specifications of the current contract. They will review and manage the performance in line with requirements, monitoring and acting on results to ensure the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and its customers are provided with a high-quality service.
