⭐ The Role
We're looking for a skilled Plumber / Maintenance Operative to carry out a range of repairs and planned maintenance across social housing properties in Doncaster.You'll be ensuring tenants' homes are safe, functional, and well‑maintained.
Key Duties
- Reactive plumbing repairs (leaks, blockages, pipework, radiator issues)
- Bathroom and kitchen plumbing maintenance
- Installing taps, sinks, baths, showers & general plumbing components
- Basic multi‑trade skills (advantageous)
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants
- Completing all works safely and to high standards
What You'll Need
- Proven plumbing experience (social housing experience preferred)
- NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing or equivalent (desirable)
- Strong fault‑finding and repair skills
- Good communication and customer service
- Full UK Driving Licence
