About the Role

We have a dedicated and well-trained team providing an excellent standard of person-centred care for our residents. As a Social Engagement Co-ordinator joining our large, diverse team who are proud of the difference we make to our residents you will:


Build positive relationships with the residents, and their families, developing an understanding of their interests and abilities
Organise activity programmes based on residents' interests, to maximise wellbeing, independence and social engagement
Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the activities and engagement opportunities on offer, and maintain accurate electronic resident records
Be able to produce newsletters and posters, and update social media to promote the home
Build and maintain links with the wider community
Be an effective team member, working in collaboration but also able to work independently.


Prior experience is desirable but not needed, as we will give you all the training you need to be successful in this role.
