Successful applicants will have excellent numeracy and literacy skills with the tenacity to ensure that our young people receive the best possible provision. You will be part of a brilliant SEN Team, led by a SENCo and Inclusion Manager. The team also includes a number of Teaching Assistants and Higher Level Teaching Assistants. You will have a passion for inclusion, and a commitment to ensuring that all students achieve to their highest potential. Time-management skills, patience and a good work ethic are essential, as are a sense of humour and excellent interpersonal skills.
