Band Saw Operator - Wolverhampton - Temp to Perm
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Band Saw Operator to join our well-established manufacturing client based in Wolverhampton.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous band saw experience who is looking for a long-term role with the potential to become permanent after a successful trial period.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
- Friday: Early finish
- £12.71 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating band saw machinery to cut materials to specification
- Reading and following job sheets and measurements accurately
- Ensuring materials are cut safely and efficiently
- Performing basic machine checks and keeping the work area clean and organised
- Working as part of the production team to meet daily targets
Requirements:
- Previous band saw operating experience is essential
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
