Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:

  • Support pupils in the classroom, one-to-one or in small groups


  • Assist with interventions and create a positive, engaging learning environment


  • Work across EYFS, KS1, KS2, and support children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)


    What Makes a Great Teaching Assistant?

    • Experience working with children (ALN experience a plus!)


    • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude


    • No formal qualifications? No problem – transferable skills are welcomed!
