Summary

Recruitment Advisor
Location: Remote - travel across the South West and occasionally wider is required
Salary: £39,579.20 per annum + travel expenses
Contract: Full time, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Permanent

As a Recruitment Advisor, you'll help shape the workforce that makes this mission possible. 



What We're Looking For
Essential:

- Extensive experience in inhouse or 360 agency recruitment.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns in a high-volume, multisite environment.
- Experience producing and translating recruitment related data, providing analysis that gives insight to key metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- A collaborative approach with the confidence to coach and influence managers.
- Commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Experience working within healthcare, social care, criminal justice, or education settings.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of public sector recruitment principles and frameworks.
- Experience using Oracle Recruitment Cloud, HCM or Talent systems.
- Experience recruiting for trade and engineering roles.
- Level 3 Diploma or Advanced Apprenticeship in HR or Recruitment / CIPD qualification.

Future plans.

GFSL has been notified by its shareholder (MOJ) that the provision of FM services will in future be delivered by the private sector. This means that following a successful procurement process, GFSL's services will complete transfer to a private sector provider/providers no sooner than August 2027.
