EYFS / KS1 Teacher
Location: Stourport-on-Severn
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Start Date: ASAP or September 2026
Paragon Education is working with a welcoming and community-focused primary school in the Stourport-on-Severn area to recruit an enthusiastic EYFS / KS1 Teacher. This role would suit a teacher who is passionate about early education and committed to providing creative, inclusive and child-centred learning experiences.
Key responsibilities:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with EYFS or KS1 curriculum expectations
Creating a stimulating and supportive classroom environment for young learners
Supporting pupils’ early development in literacy, numeracy and social skills
Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff
Building positive relationships with parents and carers
Requirements:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience teaching within EYFS or Key Stage 1 in a UK school
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A nurturing and creative approach to teaching
Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
