Summary
Based in school our Ethos Youth Worker provides tailored support to
students, offering interventions and mentoring to address challenges like low self-esteem, anxiety, and behavioural difficulties. They collaborate across the
curriculum to embed a values-based approach to learning and create safe spaces, supporting students’ personal, social, and academic development.
Based at: Elizabeth Woodville School Roade
Part Time: 22.5 Hours per week, all year round role.
Salary: Circa £25,000, pro rata(full time hours: 37.5)
