Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Support Worker to assist the Management Team in the smooth management and provision of our Northampton Community and Supported Living Services. Working with a highly skilled team of Managers and Supported Living staff, you will be responsible for supporting the team in delivering the day-to-day provision of support to individuals with learning disabilities.
You must be an excellent communicator. You must have a good understanding of learning disabilities, complex care needs, and person-centred practice, and have a real commitment to your development and to the development of the service. You will be expected to contribute to management team meetings and to partake in development opportunities. You must be able to lead a team by example, demonstrating positive practice and values at all times. We offer a hands-on management approach for Senior Support Staff, and offer a full induction and access to relevant training.
