Summary
Welcoming patients / visitors into the Diabetes Centre and maintaining visibility on the reception desk. Ensuring appointments are made for specialties within the Care Group. Arriving patients who attend for their clinic appointments on the hospital system. Recording of all clinic outcomes on the iPM PAS and patients and removing patients from the waiting lists as necessary in accordance with Trust access policy. Dealing with out patients referrals in accordance with the choose and book partial booking system. Liaising with all health professionals, GP Surgeries, Wards and A&E at times.
